Founded in Red Deer in 2020, The Hot Tub Man emerged from a clear need for dependable and trustworthy hot tub services. Drawing from extensive experience within the industry, Tanner Drost, the founder, recognized that while numerous 'hot tub stores' existed, few prioritized the service aspect. He found many frustrated hot tub owners, who required help and either couldn’t find it, had to wait extremely long wait times, or pay outrageous prices to have their hot tub serviced. Tanner aimed to stand out by offering unparalleled repairs, treatments, and advice to hot tub owners of all brands and all at affordable, up-front prices.
His distinctive approach quickly caught the attention of the community. From our modest beginnings working out of our apartment, we swiftly expanded to become Central Alberta's premier hot tub business. Our team continues to grow, and we are now operating a new branch in Leduc with more locations to be announced. Recognized as the region's highest-rated by Google reviews, we were recently honoured as a nominee for the 2023 Business of the Year award, we won the prestigious Consumer Choice Award, and we secured the Platinum title for our category in the Community Votes 2023 competition.

While our journey has been marked by remarkable progress, our core values remain the same. Our headquarters is still home-based and, we continue to rely on the power of word-of-mouth recommendations. By purposely not opening a traditional brick-and-mortar establishment, we can reduce overhead costs, allowing us to offer premium hot tubs and services at competitive prices that other companies simply cannot match.
Above all, our ultimate goal is to forge lasting relationships with our clients. Regardless of whether they make a purchase, our aim is to leave every interaction with them better informed and well-cared for.
